Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Some features require an account or a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or using the Services to build a competing product.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the Services to violate the rights of others.

The Services, including all software, text, and design, are owned by Telesto Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

The Services integrate third-party providers such as Stripe (payments), Sentry (monitoring), and Anthropic (AI features). Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telesto Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a feature. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
