Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Telesto Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you use telestotech.com and our platform applications, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us, create an account, or subscribe to a plan, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of any message you send us.
Information collected automatically. As you navigate the site we collect standard log and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs — along with cookies and similar technologies described below.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security practices.
How we use your information
To provide, operate, and maintain our website and platform apps, including authentication and account management.
To respond to your enquiries, fulfil orders and subscriptions, and provide customer support.
To understand how our services are used so we can improve performance, reliability, and features.
To detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your session, keep you signed in, and store preferences such as your theme. These cannot be switched off through our cookie banner because the site would not function without them.
Analytics and performance cookies help us understand usage and diagnose errors (for example, through Sentry). These are only set when you consent via our cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for our site, which will prompt the banner to appear again. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as hosting, payment (Stripe), error monitoring (Sentry), and AI features (Anthropic) — under contracts that require them to protect it.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and the public.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@telestotech.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out at any time by selecting "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Your Privacy Choices" in our cookie banner or site footer.
Global Privacy Control: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and you do not need to submit any additional request.
To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, email us at info@telestotech.com. We will not require you to create an account to opt out, and we do not require a verifiable request to process an opt-out of sale or sharing.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
